Due to the combination of commercial, office and residential (hotel) uses, this mega project requires very high standards in terms of facility design and value engineering.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Key project specifications:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">\n<li>Total infrastructure: 235,000 square meters<\/li>\n<li>Basement floors: 9 floors (parking and facility use)<\/li>\n<li>Ground floors: 11 floors (commercial, office and hotel use)<\/li>\n<li>Project type: Mixed-use complex<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\"><strong>Our Role in the Project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">We were honored to provide the profile components and facility supports for this major project.
